Vibes at Sylvis Hostel

SYLVIS HOSTEL is where you go to feel at home in Chiang Mai.

 

Lounge in our large social area, grab a speciality drink in our top-class cocktail bar, join in on the fun with daily entertainment activities, and enjoy free WIFI throughout the hostel.

 

Sylvis Hostel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai as a convenient base for our wonderful guests. Within a few minutes of walking are Chiang Mai's top sights including temples, night markets, and historical places.

Our friendly staff is enthusiastic to assist you travel, transportation, food, activity, & tour recommendations and bookings. Explore Chiang Mai as a local would. 

 

Our reception is available from 8 AM - 11 PM, please feel free to ask anything at the front desk or on our website.

ROOMS

At Sylvis Hostel, we have private rooms and dormitory-style rooms available for our guests.

 

All bedrooms have AC (air-conditioning).

​

The private rooms feature a Queen bed (with clean linen & duvet blanket), private ensuite bathroom, and AC.

 

The dormitory-style rooms feature Single bunk beds with space for 4-10 people per room. We also have dormitory-style rooms featuring Queen bunk beds. Each Single or Queen bed has a personal curtain for your privacy, individual power outlets, a reading light, clean linen & duvet blanket, and AC. (Ladies-only dormitories are also available).

 

Our bathrooms and toilets (separate for women and men) are cleaned daily and shared with the guests of the hostel.

Cocktail Bar
SYLVIS ADD OIL

Sylvis Hostel has a top-class cocktail bar right in the center of the hostel. Hostel guests and outside guests can choose from our wide-variety of special cocktails made with local Thai ingredients and alcohol.

​

Every night we offer free shots to our hostel guests including our famous flaming rainbow shots.

 

The bar closes at midnight and within walking distance is many bars and dance clubs where you can fully experience nightlife in Chiang Mai.

Explore Chiang Mai

You can walk, ride a motorbike, or grab a Tuk Tuk and reach Chiang Mai old city in just a couple minutes.

 

Located directly by Sylivs Hostel is Wat Chiang Mun, Wat Chedi Luang, Three Kings Monument, Tha Phae Gate, Night Street Market, and local restaurants and shops.

Come vibe with us

We are looking for Sylvis reps who are outgoing and enjoy socializing with our guests. The reps will lead local tours, welcome new guests at reception, play card games and beer pong with current guests, and hangout in our cocktail bar.
